NOVA POND

Nova Pond is approximately 4 acres in size
and was constructed in summer of 2001. The pond has extensive deep areas that
also contain underwater islands. These islands were created to make effective
use of the deeper water areas that normally fall below the thermo cline. These
underwater islands are extremely productive fishing areas and have produced the
largest BG ever taken from this pond. Additional structure is provided in
shallow water areas. This pond is a diverse fishery with Florida strain LMB,
HSB, CNBG, gizzard shad, grass carp, and Tilapia as the primary species.
